Description

Made from Billet
Hubcentric

The G54 12 mm Billet Wheel Spacers for 4 x 100 PCD applications are designed for drivers looking to improve wheel position, stance and chassis feel without adding unnecessary weight at the hub.

Each spacer moves the wheel 12 mm further out from the hub, providing a subtle increase in track width and helping wheels sit more naturally within the arches. This can be particularly useful on lowered vehicles, modified road cars or applications where the standard wheel position looks too recessed.

The spacer uses a 4 x 100 PCD. PCD means Pitch Circle Diameter and defines the wheel bolt pattern. In this case, the spacer uses four wheel bolt positions arranged around a 100 mm diameter circle.

Precision CNC machined from 6082 aluminium, the spacer combines high strength with low mass. Carefully positioned machined pockets remove material where it is not required, helping reduce unsprung and rotating weight. Keeping weight down at the wheel is especially important on a performance vehicle, where unnecessary mass can work against suspension response, acceleration and steering control.

A hub centric design accurately locates the spacer on the vehicle hub, helping ensure the wheel remains correctly centred and securely supported. Tapered entrances around the wheel bolt holes make locating the bolts easier during installation, while machined side pockets provide a useful access point when the spacer needs to be removed.

The anodised finish increases corrosion resistance and gives the spacer the clean, engineered appearance expected from a G54 component.

A 12 mm spacer is ideal where a modest correction to wheel fitment is required. It can help improve the visual relationship between the wheel and bodywork while also increasing track width, which may contribute towards a more planted and stable feel through corners.

Every detail reflects decades of experience working with modified and performance vehicles. Wheel spacers may be simple components, but G54 approaches them with the same attention to weight, fitment, durability and usability as any other chassis part.

Warranty Details

G54 products are designed, engineered and manufactured to be used. The warranty is kept simple: if a G54 product develops a genuine manufacturing or material fault, G54 will put it right.

Lifetime Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, G54 products are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or manufacture.

The lifetime warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is not transferable.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or original sales receipt
  • Valid identification confirming they are the original purchaser

Moving Components

Components such as bearings are covered for 2 years from the original date of purchase for the original purchaser.

Consumable Components

Consumable items are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Consumable components and moving parts are not covered for normal wear and tear.

Installation

G54 products must be installed correctly by a competent person using appropriate tools and suitable installation procedures.

Where applicable, vehicle manufacturer procedures and torque specifications should be followed unless stated.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation is not covered by the G54 warranty.

What Isn't Covered?

The G54 warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect or improper installation
  • Misuse, abuse or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by another faulty vehicle component
  • Use on a vehicle or application for which the product was not designed
  • Unauthorised modification or alteration of the G54 product
  • Cosmetic damage occurring through normal use
  • Corrosion or damage caused by inappropriate chemicals, cleaning products or environmental contamination

Normal use of a G54 performance component for its intended purpose does not invalidate the warranty.

Making a Claim

Warranty claims should initially be made through the retailer from which the G54 product was purchased.

Proof of purchase, identification and photographs or other information reasonably required to assess the fault may be requested.

G54 may require the product to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.

Where a product is confirmed to have failed as a result of a manufacturing or material defect, G54 will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product.

Unless otherwise agreed, this voluntary warranty covers the G54 product itself and does not include installation labour, vehicle recovery, vehicle hire or other associated costs, except where such costs must be covered by law.

Statutory Rights

The G54 No Nonsense Warranty is provided in addition to the purchaser's statutory rights and does not affect those rights.

Engineering with Purpose

Every G54 product begins as a block of raw material. Using advanced CNC machining centres and experienced machinists, components are transformed through precision manufacturing into finished engineering products ready for assembly and inspection. Watching a part come off the machine is where design becomes reality. Every tool path, every tolerance and every machined surface reflects the attention to detail invested throughout the development process. From billet to finished component, quality is built into every stage.

More About Our Products

Where are G54 products manufactured?

Every product is developed using modern engineering processes and manufactured to demanding quality standards using precision CNC machining and carefully selected manufacturing partners.

Do you test your products?

Yes. Products undergo extensive evaluation throughout development, including vehicle testing where appropriate, to validate fit, function, durability and performance before release.

How are new products developed?

Development begins by identifying an opportunity to improve an existing component or solve a problem. CAD modelling, prototyping, machining, testing and refinement are carried out before production begins.

What is your design philosophy?

Every product must have a purpose. Whether improving reliability, increasing performance or simplifying installation, each design decision is driven by engineering rather than unnecessary complexity.

Why choose billet aluminium?

Billet aluminium offers exceptional strength, machining accuracy and consistency, allowing complex components to be manufactured with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.

Will G54 continue developing new products?

Absolutely. Continuous development is central to the brand. New products, vehicle applications and engineering solutions are released regularly as new opportunities are identified. In fact, new suggestions are welcomed and can be submitted through our contact page.
